Lord Magnet Recruitment Poster

My first submission in a while I think. Also some actual art and not just a story this time! What has gotten me off my rump and drawing? The Equestria Daily Training grounds [link] is starting up again, and I'm going to start drawing and participating in this. I hope that with constant drawing, I should get better. One can only hope =3

Also, for those who say I'm basing this off of the Uncle Sam posters, I'm not. I'm basing it off of the Lord Kitchener posters. Part of the reason I used Steven Magnet as opposed to somepony like Celestia, because both Lord Kitchener and Steven Magnet have rather boss moustaches.
