There's something about that mare...

Hoboy, I need to draw more. Then I'd get better looking arts than this. Anyway, you might be thinking to yourself "Trixie? Why the messy hairstyle and strangely angular face?" Or you might be thinking to yourself "Man, this guy's art needs improvement." Or something else entirely such as "Mmmm... Jelly..."

Regardless of your thoughts, I feel I need to explain this arts. This is Trevor, my interpretation of an r63 Trixie. I set up a Tumblr for him (Which I will eventually link once I get around to answering questions and such ><). I feel it needs some explanation as to why I went with Trevor as opposed to something else for r63 Trixie's name.

Last year I went to an anime convention dressed up as Trixie. However, being male myself, I garnered a r63 nickname from some random brony at our gigantic meet up. He kept calling me Trevor. I don't know who he was, where he came from, but I know he called me Trevor instead of Trixie. Fast-forward to about a month or so ago. I decide I want to start an art Tumblr, but I'm not certain as to what I want to do. I finally settle on r63 Trixie, who remembering the name given to me at the convention, was promptly named Trevor.

Now for explanation of the art, I did this for the ATG, something I have long been a member of but have never really submitted much of anything to. Well recently I found a fun way of drawing ponies and decided that I'm going to try drawing ponies in this way. Similarly, I didn't put Trevor's Hat or Cape because, well, I decided not to.

Misc comments, Trixie's cutie mark is HARD. Also I'm unsatisfied with how that hair turned out in the end, but I decided against re-doing it once I noticed how it looked coloured. Also he looks slightly stoned from the little preview image I've got.

Edit: Totally not a hasty edit with a crappy horn because you forgot it initially and are too busy to try and do a decent hornjob... Wait that came out wrong DX
